Ingredients:
Baby corn - 8 nos
Gram flour/ besan flour/ kadalapodi - 1/4 cup
Rice flour -1/4 cup
Asafoetida - 1/2 tsp
Red Chili powder - 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
salt - to taste
Oil - for deep frying
Method
Mix Gram flour, rice flour, Asafoeitida, Red chilly powder, Ginger garlic paste and salt with required water to a thick consistency. Keep aside.

Method

Cut Baby corns into two vertically. Heat oil in a deep frying pan and when oil is hot enough, dip the baby corn slices in the batter.
Put it in oil for deep frying. Flip and fry till golden color. Remove from oil to an absorbent paper.
Enjoy hot baby corn fries with tomato sauce.... You can also sprinkle chaat masala over it if you like....:)
