Coconut chutney

Ingredients:
sliced coconut or grated coconut- 1 cup
Roasted split chick peas (Pottukadala) -1/2 cup
Green chillies-2
Ginger-1" piece
Salt-to taste
Water- 1/2 cup

For spluttering:
Mustard- 1 tsp
curry leaves-4-5
Red chillies-1

Method:

Grind all ingredients in a mixie by adding water little by little.

Tranfer them to a bowl.Splutter Mustard, red chillies and curry leaves and add to the chutney.


  And here we go chutney ready..... enjoy with idli, Dosas, Pongal, kichadi,variety Rice etc.... etc...
