Ingredients:for one dosa
Dosa batter- 1 spoon
Dosa batter- 1 spoon
Mutta (Egg)-1
Pepper Powder- to taste
Salt- to taste
Gingelly oil- 1tsp
Method:
Spread Dosa batter on a dosa tawa as we do for normal Dosa. Break egg and pour over the dosa.
With a spatula break egg and spread over the dosa. Sprinkle pepper powder and salt on top.
Drop gingelly oil over the dosa, Flip the dosa to cook the other side.Once done remove from fire.
