Cheera curry

Ingredients:

Red cheera (Spinach, Keerai)- 1 bundle
Coconut-1 cup
Tomato-1
Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
Red chilly powder-1 tsp
Mustard, Red chillies- For spluttering

Method:

This cheera bundle is from my mother's vegetable garden. she is also the Proud owner of this recipe....:)Wash and cut red cheera into small pieces


 Saute them in a kadai.add turmeric powder and redchillypowder.

 When done add tomatoes and saute for some more time
 Add grind coconut to this.Also add some water and give a boil.


when done remove from gas and add spluttered mustard and dry red chillies.
