Mango Ice Cream

Ingredients:

Alphonso mangoes - 3 large
Milk - 1 Cup
Fresh Cream - 1 Cup
Milk Powder - 1 Cup
Powdered Sugar - 1/2 Cup
Tutti Frutti - 1/2 cup 

Method:

Peel and chop the mangoes. Blend to a smooth pulp.


Add milk, fresh cream, milk powder and powdered sugar to the blender and blend till smooth.  

Pour into a 
container with  tight- fitting lid and freeze till set.
Remove  the frozen ice cream and  blend again till smooth. Spread tutti frutti in the container and to the ice cream. Pour the ice cream to the 
same container and freeze till set. Remember to Cover and freeze till firm. Check if the fridge temperature is high.

Once set, Scoop and serve.
 Mango Ice cream Ready...:)
